[q] root not working

I think I lost my root after flashing a rom.
I went from Stock ICS to DeleciousSandwich rom on my
Sony Live With Walkman Phone (with rooted, cwm installed & locked bootloader)
and everything works just fine with the exception that my root apps are not working.
What should I do?
