[Q] Unable to format micro SD card

my 8gb class 4 microsd suddenly can't be read and mount on my Htc wildfire S , it keep mention about "Blank Sd card & wrong file system" in my phone and ask me to format it, i click a lot of time on the notification bar to format it but didn't work.

What i try
1. reboot in to recovery and try to format it , error : sd card not mounted
2. try to mount in recovery , error : sd card not found
3. usb adapter to computer ( i confirm that there is not lock button being press ) , it pop out a windows and ask me to format it , but it can't be format with an error "read write protected", also , it only show 1gb inside the format tool , it is no longer 8gb
4. i try other software like HP USB DISK STORAGE FORMAT TOOLS , HOME EDITION PARTITIONING TOOLS , but none of them work , in the partition tools , it still show 1gb not 8gb
5. i try delete it with a X button in Disk Management but not work also

i been search for many forums , many thread , but none of the tools & instructions helped
