Motorola Defy Please Help

Hi my friend has a bricked motorola defy (tried to flash cm7 through stock recovery) and now its stuck at the motoroka logo. now ive looked for stock roms in an attempt to rescue the phone but all I can find are sbf files which i need a pc to flash to it and i dont own a pc. So does anyone have the motorola defy stock rom as an update.zip file please. my friend really wants it unbricked :(
