Why there is no voice response app for android yet?
I mean something like voice machine, automatic secretary - when somebody is calling my voice would be played, not from GSM service, but for example mp3,amr,wav from my phone.
For symbian there was such app, ivr voice response

Is there some specification or blockade which forbids to play mp3 while answering calls ?
