[Q] How to root and flash my S2 i9100G kernel version 2.6.35.7

I'm new in the galaxy world so who'll be that kind to teach me how to root and flash it??? I buy it and i would like to install JellyBean 4.1 :D PLEASE i studied a lot of tips but no one could help me... :( Thanks a lot!!
