Q: Decrypt / Access Encrypted SD Card on Unstable Device (SGH-T989)

Recently encrypted my SGH-T989 GS2, as well as the SD card. About a month later, the phone started cutting off, then restarting (black screen, vibrate every other second or so) and would not boot. T-Mo sent a new phone. The SD card has all my Ti Backups and a bunch of pictures. But, when I put it in the new phone, I can't access it -- guessing because it's encrypted to the old.

Since I still have the old (but only for a few days), but it will not fully boot, what can I do to either access my files, or decrypt from the old device and re-crypt on the new?
