[Q] App to change keyboard layout?

We all know the standard QWERTY layout has been used since 1873, and there are alternate layouts like AZERTY..

But now there's the KALQ layout. It's going to be free and released on the Play Store at the end of May 2013, but I was wondering if anyone knows of an application that allows you to freely arrange your keyboard keys on the screen so that I could try using the new layout :P
