[Q] Help with Samsung Grand

HI, have recently purchase a Smasung Grand from China Unicom, brought it back to native Singapore and tried to update firmware using Odin 3.07 with and .tar file I9082XXAMC8_I9082TMNAMC1_TMN.

Started working for a couple of seconds before the process stopped and my phone is stuck on the 'Firmware upgrade encountered an issue.:eek::eek::eek::eek: Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again' page.

I have tried plugging in to recover but Kies doesn't recognise the device and it is not appearing.:confused::confused:

I do need help on this! Anyone with solutions please do help!!:crying::crying::crying:
