[Q] is there an app for this ? (waiting tone while mic is muted..)

I make quite a lot of business calls to customers on my android phone (galaxy note) and I was wondering if there is an app that lets the other party hear a waiting tune (like in call centers ..) while I mute the microphone ...

If there is, please point me to one :D thanks !
