Best MTK gps device?

Hi all,

I have a simple question:

I'm looking for a new smartphone, but i need a good every day relaible GPS on it, and it should have 2 sim's, I had an Alcatel 997D before (good phone but the model i had, had some faults on it), also used a Jiayu G3 for about a month, GPS reception was not usable on this device so i sold it again.

atm i'm using a Galaxy S duos, but damn this thing is crap, extremely slow, not even possible to browse a webpage without lagging.
Only good thing about it is the GPS reception, i have a fix within 10 seconds, on more then 6 sattelites (mostly about 13)

I need the GPS for every day car navigation for the work, i dislike the need of a standalone GPS device in the car,

So i'm looking for MTK users who can give me some advice, wich device i should take, but remember GPS is very important for me,
Why MTK? because i love the dual sim menu from them, much easier to use, good settings for dual sim SMS etc...

Also the budget is limited, anything over 220 dollars is to much in my opinion.

So please post me your opinion about you MTK phone, how your GPS is working etc ;)
