[Q] Some quastion about bulding a rom

I am trying to build a rom for xperia arc s

but I have some quastion about that

the rom based on cm10

first (Q) :
how to chose the defult settings befor using the rom :confused: (like : turn wi-fi on and turn data usage off , enablecustom action for hardware keys)

second (Q) :
How to make the rom working on other kernal :confused:
cm10 working on freexperia kernal and i want it to work on fusion5.5

third (Q) :
How I theme the rom ! i mean chose the widget which showen on the "Desktop" and chose on any homscreen to show :confused:
