[Q] What version to re-install?

Here's the tablet I'm currently working with (TP‐711RK) -
p.globalsources dotcom /IMAGES/PDT/SPEC/292/K1060988292.pdf

There's a ton of bloatware on this tablet that I can't uninstall. I want to re-install a new version of android on it, but I have no idea which version of Android to install via micro sd. Could anyone give me some advice before I do something I may regret? Thank you!
