Ok i'm dealing with an app that knows i have saved the Settings.xmlfrom the Shared_prefs folder a
Install app.. loads the splash then theregistration screen..i fill out registration clicks submit - preferences.xml created in shared_prefs.
Now i backup that preferences.xml to my sdcard.
uninstall the app.
play around with my phone.. wipe it whatever
install app.. and replace preferences.xml
BUT when i load the app up it knows i've fcked around with the xml and loads up the the registration screen.
I know i'm very vague and unspecific here, i'm just hoping for some inspiration and ideas. I'm very new to the android scene but not i'm not a newbie programmer.
Can apps save data to a "registry" like in windows maybe?
