Enter Recovery Mode in Wintouch Q75 , Very Urgent , pls help :(

I have a Wintouch Q75 tablet running ICS 4.0.4 and I made to many pattern attempts and wifi is disabled so I can't log in with google account , I want to enter recovery mode to perform a WIPE but I dont know how , pls help people :(
