[Q] Is it possible to turn on the first time hints again on nexus 7

Is it possible to turn on the hints/guide that first time users get after initial setup of nexus 7?
I'm not sure if this is nexus 7 only or a feature of jelly bean
but after setting you google account, you get a few on screen hints
I would like to turn these back on for someone after setting up their device and installing some apps for them as xmas gift
