[Q] App Quarantine Crash

I just tried out 'App Quarantine' on my HTC Sensation - I froze a bunch of apps I wasn't using. All seemed fine until I rebooted - the phone now hangs on a blank desktop when unlocked. I tried to get into 'safe mode' and it's the same there :(

Phone is rooted but stupidly I have no recent backup. Is there any way I can 'unfreeze' the apps without running App Quarantine? Or some other way to recover my phone? (First day at new job tomorrow! :/ )
