Hey guys,
I live in austria and I am really close to the german boarder and I sometimes go shopping there
So here is the thing: I stumbled over a google playstore card, its like an itunes card but for the playstore (15-25), and it says it is only for people with principal residence
Now my question is: how does the playstore know where my principal residence is?
If its only via the IP adress, I could go over there and get into an open w-lan and get the money on my google account
If its not...please tell me how it can say so, and how can I still get the money on my acc.
Cus I do not own a credit card, and for the playstore only I don't want to order one, but also I want to get some apps which you have to pay for (and also I want to help the devs)
Thanks for any (helpfull^^) response :)
