[Q] Sky and BBC Sports App

I have installed and used this app with no probs for donkeys but when I tried to use it today was met with the message I've attached.

When I click on 'Not Now' it works anyway but seems like a dodgy message to me.

Anyone got any ideas whats going on there?

ps I was going to put this in 'Apps and Games' but was told I couldnt because it was a question. Hope its in the right place.
