[Q] Hide Android Cursor

Is it possible to hide the Android mouse cursor if a BT/USB Mouse is connected to the device? I know it could sound strange, but in remote desktop environments it's annoying to have 2 different cursors (that furthermore behave differently). Even a keymap toggle would be greatly appreciated (I have a physical keyboard to do it).

I saw this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1706304 but I didn't understood how should work, because the screen attached still shows the cursor.

FYI: I have a Nexus 7 as device.
