[Q] Help about upgrade tablet DK1032C!!

Hi pals, I´m From Mexico and I have a tablet called SuperPAD 10" with android 2.3.3, but when I used the first time it´s freezed and try to shutdown 2 or 3 times, battery goes down in 30 mins. Late works fine but I want to known if this tablet can be upgraded to android 3 or 4 ICS because it´s slow with some apps.

I googled many times to find a way to upgrade but no had success to find it.

And many often times touchpad screen freeze or not responding until shutdown the tablet.

Anyone have a tablet like this or have an idea to upgrade?. Please some help about this!!!
