Supreme ROM animation question.

Hi. I've looked for the answer to this but can't find a straight one. I installed the Supreme Custom ROM v6.0 for the I9305 yesterday and have been very impressed so far. My only problem is the "folding" animation I chose when I flashed the ROM is starting to bug me. Is there anyway to change the animation back to default without resetting the phone back to Factory?
Can I just re flash the ROM and change the settings without having to reinstall all of my apps and settings?
