Hello dear members,
Last night before going to bed, I launched the OTA update of my Galaxy S3 LTE looking for possible updates and the I turned off the mobile and plugged it into the charger as usual. In the morning I discovered that it didn't charge at all.
I re-plugged the charger but nothing, it was not charging and it showed nothing on the screen nor the LED red light was working.
When I turned on the phone I noticed that it was charging normally. I kept the phone plugged into the charger and turned it off. The phone didn't switch off but it REBOOTED.
I noticed that if the phone is plugged into the charger the switching off will not work but instead the phone will reboot. not boot loop but it reboots just once.

I did "wipe cash" but nothing changed.
Please, help me???
I don't wanna do 'factory reset'

Anybody using straight talk with a AT&T Microcell? If so please post your APN settings.

Was using Galaxy S3, worked great on Straight Talk and the Microcell. Upgraded to a S4 using same APN but the Microcell is no longer working for me.

Hi!

I have a Lenovo S850. I bought a new display. I replaced yesterday a display. The new display work fine, but no GPS and the wifi is to weak.
Can someone help me?

Where are the wifi and GPS modul on mainboard? What is the solution?

So this is an odd one.

I have an Android laptop with a 1080 screen, not a chromebook.
The HP Slatebook 14. It works fine and I love it to bits. Especially now it has office.

I would like to use it with gamestream and moonlight.
The issue I have is this. The built in wifi is only 801.11n at 2.4Ghz and on a mixed network, 54Meg is too slow to stream at 1080.

On looking around I have found that the wifi is a standard miniPCI module.
I can't post links yet, but if you google HP slatebook 14 disassembly you can see images of the motherboard with wifi module.

So upgrading the hardware should be quite easy. The issue is, that there is no documentation that I can find about which cards are supported and if the drivers would even be pre-installed.

So any help on this would be appreciated. :highfive:

hi humans i just recently found out about king root and tried on my old phone voice v850 and it worked :o:D but none of su are working from play store reason :they are unable to update su binery and i tried to ibstall busybox but busybox installer also not working ....but king root verifing root i uninstalled some useless sys apps "dont worry i know what i dont need to uninstall" its old phone running 2.3.6 thanks in advance

Worst problem I've ever faced till now !! The latest update of Lenovo, i.e Android 5.0.2 Lollipop made my phone damn slow. When I open any app, the phone goes slower and slower... and after using it for few mins, it gets normal ! Did anyone face this problem too?!

Does anyone know how to uninstall the current version and install the previous version? Looks like the lenovo developer will take another few days or a month to get a new update.. !

Hey, i have a problem with my phone not being able to be waked up with pressing the hard key or dubbletapping on the screen. When i press the power button to wake it up, the soft-keys lights up, but not the screen. It stays completely dark. The only way for me to access my phone, is to force shutdown by holding down the powerbutton. It started like 2 days ago, but i thought; that won't be a problem. I'll just force a shutdown when it happens. But today i revived a phone call, but i wasn't able to pick up the phone, because my screen turned dark. Again softkeys turned on but not the screen.
Using a Oneplus One, with the latest CM12.1 nightlies (That might be the problem), rooted, twrp, and a bunch of xposed modules.

hello guys i'm new here...and i have a big problem with my LG D390n ... i don't know what its mean this
the phone don't start up.. i cand do nothing :/ i can't enter in download mode,or recovery mode or anything else

Hi My android os and android system has the same or even higher battery usage than screen, than something must be wrong. I'll try to give u guys as much info as I can. I included wakelock detecotr, gsm battery, stock battery monitor and betterbattery screenshots, also alarm dump. This info is from only 8 % of battery drain, and I had light set to 0%, and was on WiFi, when I'm using mobile data and little bit of higher brigtness it is much worse. I've done everything from this guide:

Nothing helps. When using phone normally, browsing etc using mostly WiFi occasionally mobile data. And brigthness most of the time 0 to 7% and occasionaly 60 to 75 when outside. I have about 12 to 15 h with 3 to 3,5 SOT. I think I should squeeze little bit more, but I have no new ideas what I can do more, Can someone take a look on my info and maybe figure this out. Later I will post screenshot after more time on battery.

Hi guys,
SunbrO, 27 years old, I'm french, sorry for my bad english.
I've tried to root my Memo pad FHD and I locked It. I only access DroidBoot menu
I check since 4 days an answer, I'm noobie with Android, so I download SDK, drivers... and I learnt to use it.
I get these commands:
Fastboot flash erase cache and system : that's ok
So I download 4 Kernels, but Fastboot flash boot kernel xxx failed
message: check_sign_key fail: no allow update kernel E: boot flash failed!

I really don't know what to do now, apparently, you guys are very good with these problem, so I ask to you to help me please :( ?

Hi, Greetings for the day :)

I have installed cynagenmod for my Zenfone 5 and now experiencing a lot of issues. Please help me to get back to zen stock rom that comes preloaded with my zenfone as I am noob :P :confused: I am not able to figure it out. Hi,

I appreciate your help, I have note4 and after updating to 5.1.1 the whatsapp application doesnt hide the content from the lockscreen.
In the last version of my android, it was working as it should, all apps are showing content and whatsapp was in "Hide sensitive content", and now, its not working even though it setup correctly its not working, the content is shown , what can I do ????
Also, I saw that this option on my friend's galaxy s6 edge is written differently , the option name is "hide content from lockscreen" and he also has 5.1.1, so how come its different.

What are the differnces between aosp, caf, and the stock kernel?
I heard that the aosp kernel is based on aosp and caf is based on the hardware.
Are there any performance and battery life?

Hey I just got this Acer E700 from a friend of mine who told me to fix it. When I plug it in I get a blue light(very very small) and windows says the usb device has an error or something similar. Now I tried to install the MTK drivers manually but I cant get the phone recoqnized in Windows 10.

I installed it using the files in the OP. Now is this phone just dead or is it still repairable? It wont turn on/do anything except for the blue led light which pops up when I plug it in a pc.

hi wanted to know if there is any app hacking to get from one phone to another via wifi.

i need help with the touch driver for wintouch i81
first I updated to windows 10 and that messed up the touch and g-sensor
so I installed windows 8.1 back but not the original one with the device
I got all the drivers from internet and every thing works fine but touch is still messed up,touches do register but not properly
can any one provide drivers for that device?

I install EmbER (Helix) - CMX v2.0.2 in my Amlogic 8726-mx based android tvbox, but it isn't function properly. I try to boot the box in recovery mode and update from EXT with the stock firmware zip, but the installation process stops! There is some other way to remove the EmbER (Helix) from my device and flash the stock firmware?
Note: When the recovery mode screen shows up, it isn't the stock kernel recovery but EmbER system recovery .
Some help please!
