[Q] Root explorer for PC ? (without root need)

Hi guys,
my friend has HTC Explorer. The phone is unrooted, running original ROM. About one week ago display (touchscreen) had suddenly stopped working. The phone is still under warranty, so I don't want to repair the touchscreen, but in phone there are many data, which shouldn't be lost(like contacts, SMS etc.). Because she isn't very "technical-talented", she didn't have created any backup of them... :( She can go to service with the phone, but they will probably replace the phone with another one, I think, so data will be lost... :( The only way is program for PC like Android Commander or something like it, I think, but without root need.

So, guys, is there any possibility to save the data?
