[Q]How to backup & restore ROM on Tianji i9220 (Galaxy Note Copy)?

Hi!
1. I would like to flash ClockworkMod Recovery (or any other recovery method) on my Tianji i9220 device, because the phone hasn't got too many features, if i push volume+ +power button the Factory menu has only tests and reboot option, but i would like to flash another rom on the device, but i don't want to try until i haven't got a recovery option. If someone can help me, it would be nice! (I installed goomanager and i can enter to cwm recovery mode from it, but if i would like to flash the cmw to the phone, idk which version sould i choose)

The device is already rooted, with this tutorial: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1872072 (the webtrickz one)

2. If do you now any other method to backup and restore my ROM it would be good to me! I found a tool called Smart Phone Flash tool. I think it can do it, but i don't know how. Correct me if this program has other purposes.
